Imperial Brands needed a new campaign to help their employees use Concur. This new system allows them to book travel and accommodation as well as claim their expenses online, quickly and easily. To help increase awareness of the new way of working, Imperial Brands commissioned posters, intranet banners and emailers counting down to launch.
As this was a co-branding project, design146 worked to develop an eye-catching solution showing both logos in visual harmony. We had to follow this up with a step by step guide of how to use the new system.
We delivered a simple, arresting message for the posters, which followed through on the intranet banners. The User Guide needed to balance lots of information presented in the simplest way possible. We have worked on translations and the campaign is currently being launched across a number of countries.
